Hello, this site is still in development, but I’ve noticed the JS files seem to load inconsistently at times. Meaning, on some page loads, there’s no Tailwind styles applied to the page. I’ve not been able to figure out how to replicate it perfectly, and I don’t think it’s a caching issue. Any thoughts?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Yes, I have an idea what it can be and will release a fix shortly. Thanks for reaching out and I hope I can fix your issue with the next release. I will check back here with you afterwards once that’s done.

This still appears to be an issue. Any update?

Hi guys. I’ve had the same issues and was able to replicate the problem. It loads perfectly on pages but on posts is very inconsistent. Also, it seems to have some conflicts with caching, snippets and styling plugins, but I could only confirm that enqueuing styles or files will interfere on the outcome. The order you do somethings matters. So if you clear the cache and then republish a post, Tailpress will show up, otherwise it wont.

Hi Everyone, the latest release 0.3.0 should fix the issues. Please use the new “clear CSS cache” button first under settings.

Hello. I’m using the 0.3.2 version of the plugin and the problem still appears to be present. Everything seems to be working at first. All tailwind classes are being converted into classes like #677gq5 and the styles apply. But when I leave the page for a while and come back, the page is not styled and I can see the proper tailwind classes in the frontend code. It’s as if some javascript is not running?

Clearing Tailwind CSS from the settings page resolves the matter temporarily, but it will always come back after a while. Like some cache becomes stale or something.

I only have Safe SVG plugin installed in addition to Tailpress. I doubt it causes any conflicts.

@ranx2k it sounds like it’s working correctly up until you say the page isn’t styled. Can you please go to a page with your TW classes applied in incognito mode, then refresh the page after a few seconds. If you look at the source code after refreshing you should have a <style id="tailpress"></style> with your TW CSS in it.

If not, I’ll need some more details about your specific installation. Please email me at [email protected] with further details, like your theme and source code of the page in question.
