Inconsistent number of products per page on product catalog page

On - Woocommerce → Products → Inventory, I enable hide out of stock items from the catalog. With this setting I'm getting an Inconsistent number of products per page on product catalog page.

For example, I have a category "Acuaticos", It has 45 products but only 16 of them have stock now. I set product catalog to display 18 products per page, so the expected behavior in this example is to display only one page with the 16 products on stock. But instead, I'm getting 3 pages, first page has 7 products, 2nd page has 5, and 3rd has 4. Also, on page one for example, it's displaying "Showing 1–18 of 45 results", I guess woocommerce is hidding the out of stock products while still counting them to build each page.

Honestly, I don't know wether this is bug or this is the woocommerce normal behavior, but wathever the case is, how can set or fix this to get my expected behavior, so the product catalog builds its pages only of on stock products
