    Hello Support Team,

Currently testing out the free version of DHL Express Shipping for WooCommerce – Live Rates that we are currently integrating on our WordPress website to calculate our global international shipping rates.

We have noticed that the shipping rates generated by the plugin is unreliable, Additionally, the shipment type is set to “document” by default, although we always ship as a package. Not sure where to change this setting within the DHL Live Rate plugin settings. The DHL XML support instructed us to amend it on Woocommerce system the service  should be WPX – Express Worldwide Non Doc.

    Thank you.

    Hi @wikis,

I suppose that in such case the Rates Adjustments settings combined with the Parcel Packing Method option might solve the problem. However, these features are available only in the plugin’s PRO version. Unfortunately, according to the ToS, we cannot discuss the PRO features here, since this forum is dedicated to the plugin’s free version. If you are interested, you can test all our plugins at https://demo.octolize.com/ and contact us directly using the in-built beacon or support form there for more information.

    Kind regards,
    Luke

Thank you for your prompt response. For the time being, we are testing this plugin to see if it works for us globally, and we plan to purchase the pro version to expand the capabilities of our DHL shipping like setting different shipping zone which I believed the main features of the PRO version.

So my goal is to make the basic rates work and proceed to full integration and upgrade to pro to utilized the ship zoning feature.

I fully understand your point @wikis, that’s why, if you already have a DHL Express user account, what I may advise here is to test the plugin in our DEMO environment to verify if the rates are correct in your case with the Rates Adjustments settings applied.

    Kind regards,
    Luke
