Inconsistent with divi platform

  • I have the most recent version of this plugin installed as well as the most recent version of wordpress.

    I have had inconsistent issues with this plugin on a divi platform. I spoke to divi and they suggest its a plugin issue.

    The provided link shows a page with an iframe but no pdf image.

    Sometimes a page refresh works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Same with clearing the image cache.

    Can you help with this?
