Incorporating plugin into personal custom plugin.

I am considering compiling several plugins into one “essentials” plugin that I can quickly install on multiple sites for myself and my clients, and I was wondering if you would be ok with me including the code from this plug-in.

The plugin would not be put in the WP plugin repository, would not be marketed or sold or make me profit of any sort, but would be publicly available on GitHub / bitbucket – unless that would be a deal breaker. The git documentation, plugin settings page(s), and code would very clearly attribute the relevant code to you, WPchef. I doubt anybody would ever see or use this plug-in other than myself.
