    I seem to be having a problem where the plugin is mixing up attachments. If someone submits a form with an attachment and then someone else submits another form after that with an attachment OF THE SAME NAME, the plugin will send me the first attachment in both cases. Even though the second attachment has different content.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Sorry, I am not a paid licence holder. I only brought this up because it is an obvious bug that would need to be addressed. I don’t know how many of your users have customers who send identically-named files as attachments to a form. Not many I bet. In fact I might be the first.

    So customer C1 sends attaches a files called FMG_20191101 because it is a list of items they exported from another website. Then customer C2 attaches a list exported from the same place on the same day called the same thing – FMG_20191101 because that is how the files are named on export. C1 attaches the file just fine, but when C2 attaches the file (same name, different content) the plugin substitutes the file from C1 in error.

    This is a problem with the plugin regardless of whether it is a paid licence or not. I hop you take the time to investigate.

    Thanks –

    Jason

    @jkwalz – thanks for the follow up! I suspect maybe you are using a different plugin and not WPForms?

    File Upload functionality is only available to paid license holders. In addition to this, we do not currently support email notification attachments with files that are uploaded.

    Hmmm…maybe I am paid??

    Here is the form:

    https://www.jetbeads.com/order-request-form/

    Here is the CSS from the Submit button so it is definitely WPForms:

    div.wpforms-container-full .wpforms-form button[type=submit] {
    }
