I see that you’ve connected to a GoDaddy server.

Incorrect Authorization Data means your username/password is incorrect.

Thank you for the quick response. I feel very dense right now because I have checked and rechecked the password, and am still receiving the same error.

I am supposed to be entering the email password that I would use to sign into the specific email account? Not the GoDaddy account username and password, correct?

I know I am not using the incorrect password for the specific email account as I copied it out of the Postman set up, and pasted into webmail server and logged right in. I have tried more than 10 times and cannot get past Incorrect Authorization Data on the Test Email.

Is there anything else that could possibly be the problem?

Just to be sure, this is the GoDaddy Email account username and password. And the GoDaddy webmail server. Right?

Could you send me the transcript of the failing test message to : https://www.codingmonkey.ca/contact/

Done. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance. It is very much appreciated.

I checked your transcript. Everything looks good. Verify that you’re going to the right GoDaddy server, relay-hosting.secureserver.net. If you are, I would say go back to GoDaddy, show them the transcript, ask them if there’s a lock on the account.

I called GoDaddy, they had to change my emails to “remote” from cPanel. Then had me change the server to “localhost” and the authentication to “none”

Postman now delivers the test email successfully and my contact form 7 on my website is working as well.

Thank you so much for your assistance, I never could have figured it out without your guidance.
