    Hello again ??

I have a little problem. If i activate the option “Cache SSL (HTTPS) requests” all files from wp-includes are loaded incorectly. We use the “Hide My WP Ghost” Plugin and changed the Path of wp-includes to “lib”. But if I activate the function mentioned above, wordpress tries to access all files via /wp-includes instead of /lib. The result is a 404 error and a half working page.

However, I would like to use this option as it improves the speed significantly.

I activated the option “Change Paths in Cached Files” in the plugin “Hide My WP Ghost” but nothing changed. I also tried to exclude the /lib/* and /wp-include/* paths from the Page cache option but this also didn’t helped.

Do you have any idea how I can prevent the old paths from being called and how to fix the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @fabioii

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

Just to confirm, is this the plugin you are using for changing the path? Can you also please share what is the caching method you are using for Page Caching and which options are enabled in the General settings besides Page Caching?

    Thanks!

    Hey Marko.

Thanks you for the answer. Yes this the plugin i use to change the path. The current settings at gerneral:

    • Page Cache Method: Disc: Enhanced
    • Minify Manuel, Method: Disk, HTML minifier: Minify, JS minifiert: JSMin, Css minifier: Minify
    • Object Cache Method: Disk
    • Browser Cache enable

The problem is that if I activate “Cache SSL (HTTPS) requests” none of the setten rewrites is working. Every Path will shown like Hide My WP Ghost were deaktivated. If I deactivate the option the rewrites are working.

At the beginning I had the problem that no rewrite were working if I install W3TC. Since I activated the option “Priority Loading” in the Hide My WP Ghost Plugin the rewrites are working. Now I want to optimize the cache and got this problem if I activate this option which bothers me because this option reduces the loading time by 4 seconds

    Hello @fabioii

    Thank you for your feedback.

Well, this must be a problem with some settings in the other plugin you are using for this as the is a checkbox option (no advanced settings)

I’ll try to replicate the problem and check if there is a fix for this.

    Thanks!
