Incorrect data in google ads

    Hello!

    About two weeks ago we have a promotion on products, and also main product images were diffrent.

    Promotional prices and images came back to regular 9 days ago, but sometimes PLA ads shows old images or prices.

    Do you have any experience with such situations?

    I have not come across something like that.
    Are the products correct in the product feed?

    Yes, it looks like they are correct. We still haven’t found the cause of the problem

    I know that Google will make decisions in what images and data to use according to user preferences and the search data they have. But it seems that it is wrong data in this case, so I would suggest contacting the Google helpdesk about this case.
