Incorrect date format coming back regardless of setting

    We have used the plugin for some time without any problems but we have noticed on the above page (which usually takes some post parameters but this doesn’t affect the calendar) now completes the date field incorrectly.

    As soon as you click the calendar it fills the date in as:

    TueTue-JanJan-2020202020202020

    Where as in the settings it’s set to “Day-Month-Year 14-01-2020” – trying an alternative setting doesn’t change the bad result being filled into the input field.

    I couldn’t replicate the error, because it seems the picker is now disabled.
    But I see that the plugin knowledgebase-helpdesk-pro is also loading some datetime picker scripts and probably it’s messing up with the settings on my plugin.
    You can try disabling it temporarely to confirm if that’s the issue or not.

    Hiya,

    I have rolled back to version 1.7.4.1 (random version chosen) and it works as expected.

    I have left this on the server as it’s affecting a client website, are you able to reproduce locally this issue, if not I can arrange to put the latest version back on that has this problem,

    I will try that tomorrow, is there any reason the older version works fine.

    I can try re-enabling the current version tomorrow morning if it helps.

    I couldn’t replicate the issue locally so it would help to see the issue live on your website.
    But let me know if the plugin I mentioned has any effect. In order to solve some other issues with different languages (if I recall correctly) I had to use a different datetimepicker script version and that might be the cause. If that’s the case, it will be tricky to solve.. but let’s see.

    Sorry to barge in, but I’m having the same exact problem with Contact Form 7. I switched themes, disabled all plugins, I even rolled back to the version @molokini suggested and still can’t make the Date and Timepicker field work.

    It has been a life saver before, I’m so bummed out I won’t be able to use it this time around :/

    Hi @carinalves I couldn’t replicate the issue.
    Do you have a live page with the time picker where I can test this issue?
    What language are you currently using?
