    Hi

When adding a cost for the event tickets, they are not being shown to the correct number of decimal places.

I entered a ticket cost of 3.50. This then shows as £3.5 on the event cost (UK pounds). When looking back at the original ticket entry, the amount was changed from 3.50 to 3.5, so there is no way to display to 2 decimal places. (Without using the ticket plugin this seemed to work fine). I would have though that values for currency should be formatted in a better way? e.g. correct formatting for decimal places applicable to the currency?

Also, is there a way to change the colour of the button (it doesn’t look great with my colour scheme) ??

    Thanks

    Mike

  • Hey there!

I see you’re using Avada and also Event Tickets Plus. Feel free to drop us a support ticket at https://support.theeventscalendar.com.

I can see the 2 decimals showing as expected on the tickets, but in your sidebar only one decimal. That sidebar preview is part of .fusion-content-widget. I believe this comes from Avada as this is not a standard view with our plugins. It appears the price shows properly where our plugins are setting the display.

Can you check with Avada’s settings and support as well?

We’ll be happy to assist you further with Event Tickets Plus questions at our Help Desk.

    Thanks
