Incorrect discounts showing

  • Hi,

    I’ve been using this plugin on a clients site for over a year without issue. However, it’s just started showing incorrect discounts. An example is a ￡7 product which is 2 for 10. When 2 are in the basket, it’s showing an ￡8 discount instead of ￡4. The discount amount then increases and decreases as more products are added to the basket.

    All plugins and themes are up to date and the site is running PHP 7.4 (and I’ve tried it on 8.0). I’ve also been down the plugin deactivation route without any success. Due to the radical price discounts being given, I’ve had to put the site into maintenance mode so if you need any more info or access, please let me know.

    Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    We have released an update with the fix, please update your plugin to the latest version (4.4.8) and let us know your comments. Thanks for pointing out the same.

    Hi Ijas,

    Thanks for that. I can confirm that it is now outputting the correct discount on the cart screen. However, the theme I am using (Xstore) has an off-canvas pop-up basket as well and the discounts are still showing incorrectly in that. In example https://prnt.sc/fz-pwFeGuPzf the price for 3 units should be ￡3.65 each with ￡0.95 discount applied for 3 units but in the off-canvas cart, it’s showing a discount of ￡8.68 – the other fields are correct.

    I have discussed this with Xstore tech support but they are saying the issue is with the plugin.

    Could you please have a look and see if you can figure the cause?
