Incorrect download link for v.3.8

    @valuser @sandgroper Thanks very much to both of you for reporting this. When I released 3.8.0 on www.ads-software.com, the www.ads-software.com systems had a bit of a hiccup and threw an odd error message. I think that the result was a failure to generate the zip file.

    I just bumped the version numbers to 3.8.1 and re-released, which appears to have gone without a hitch. You should now be able to upgrade.
