Incorrect first name shown

When using {first_name} variable in the menu navigation label, the software inserts randomly first name, last name, user name, etc of DIFFERENT user

@iarovuo – Sorry for the delay.
In general that doesn’t sound possible without some external factor. External here could be another plugin etc.
We call WordPress built in functions for that info. Only reasonable explanation is that your using some type of DB or object caching solution that is failing and returning invalid info for a given ID.
But again wouldn’t be a failure in our plugin code we could help with as WP returned that info for us to use.
