Incorrect HREF's

    Hello,

    First of, great plugin, realy appreciate how much we get for the free version.

    I have a small problem with url’s, such as the one for re-opening a ticket or if you never had a ticket made.

    As seen here.

    The quatations seem to mess up the url.

    Another qeustion:
    Is it possible to use SSL on tickets? I use HTTPS for wordpress and it works on pages where i select ‘secure’ but for new tickets this isn’t possible.
