Incorrect # of postings

I’m seeing this on a WordPress 3.0 web hosted install.

After logging in I’m sitting at the Dashboard and then select: Posts and the sub-heading of Posts it will show all of my posts along with some options for each post. At the bottom of the screen it says: Displaying 1–20 of 8,6111.

In actuality it’s still showing only 1-15 or 8,611 which really messes me up because I use that to do a quick count of daily posts.

Is anyone else seeing this and if so could someone please correct the counting?
