Incorrect og:description

I have installed the Yoast Plugin and have everything set up. I have setup my Meta Description for the home page, however when I place a link to the site in Facebook, it is not using the description I’ve set, but instead taking an extract from one of the listings on my site.

As far as I can see the og:description is incorrect.

I have searched extensively to resolve this issue and have no idea what to do.

I have not super experienced at updating php so if any suggestions could be simplified I would greatly appreciate it!! ??
