Incorrect Path being appended to URLS

    Hi,

    We have run into an issue where an incorrect path is being appended to images and relative paths in the database when we import a website. For example, we export from aaa.com and there is an image url in the database of aaa.com/image.png. When we import we wind up with a url in the database of bbb.com//aaa/service/299183/image.png.

    Has anyone seen this happen before?
