Incorrect PHP warnings in admin

I am seeing the following errors in my Add Event pages
“PHP extension “mbstring” needed for All-In-One-Event-Calendar is missing. Please, check your PHP configuration.”
“PHP extension “iconv” needed for All-In-One-Event-Calendar is missing. Please, check your PHP configuration.”
“CSS compilation failed because you don’t have enough free memory (a minimum of 24M is needed). Your calendar will not render or function properly without CSS. Please read this article to learn how to increase your PHP memory limit.”
However, mbstring and iconv ARE installed and showing on my phpinfo()
Also my memory_limit is 256 MB…I’m not sure what is prompting these to be displayed but they’re incorrect…
