Incorrect popup being used

    What is?supposed?to happen: Clicking on Jen Tan’s photo should open the popup with id 9755, however, it opens the popup for Yan Yi Liew. I duplicated Yan Yi Liew’s section on the page above, then changed the text, photo and class (to popmake-9755 (class of Jen’s photo)). However, popmake-7436 loads when clicking on Jen Tan’s photo.

    Help appreciated.

    Could you please share with us which type of click trigger you’re using?

    Could you try assigning the element to the popup through the block editor? Please see here:?https://share.wppopupmaker.com/BluqWjKR.

    The problem popup is for Jen Tan, which you didn’t test ??

    Also, in incognito, no popups work at all on https://staging.silcgroup.com/about/team/ while logged in, or logged out in incognito, or in a browser I’ve never used before, or after clearing the cache.

    Also, troubleshooting so that Popup Maker and Elementor are the only plugins active, and with Twenty Twenty Three theme active the problem remains.

    Thanks for the response.

    We checked your site again and Jan Tan is currently linked to popup 7436. We also don’t see the other popups HTMLs being loaded on the page even when our debugging tool shows that they should be active.
