Incorrect quantity in csv export

The exported vendor order CSV file always shows quantity as 1 even if more than one copy of the item is purchased.

Fix:
In class-wcmp-vendor-dashboard.php
Change line #357 from
$item_qty++;
to
$item_qty += $item[‘qty’];
