Incorrect Re-Write rules

    Trying to implement the re-write rules in the main .htaccess file; get a message in the Helper that the rewrite rules are not inserted correctly, so I created an .htaccess file under the _PDA folder as suggested and still get the error with the rules being incorrect. What am I missing here?
