Incorrect reCAPTCHA clears form

(Using Form Manager 1.6.40)

When a user enters an incorrect reCAPTCHA, the page reloads with the reCAPTCHA error message and all the items on the form cleared-out.

Any thoughts on how to have the form entries persists when the page reloads with the reCAPTCHA error message?
