Admin is recipient despite notification settings

    Hello, notification emails are going to the wordpress admin email “Administration Email Address” under General Settings instead of my intended recipients which were entered as follows:

    – Click WPForms
    – Click “Edit” next to the Form in the list
    – Click Settings
    – Click Notifications
    – Emails entered under “Send To Email Address” field

    How do I force these emails to be used instead of the Administrative email?

    When you get a chance, can you please share a screenshot of the notification settings (form builder > Settings > Notifications) so I can take a closer look?

    In the meantime, I’d also suggest you check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial
