    Hello,?
We have a problem with incorrect redirection from Woocommerce My account, when password is lost/forgotten (for Woocommerce customers).

In case if your Maintenance plugin is active, Woocommerce customer is redirected from /my-account to /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword when trying to generate a new password, which is wrong, users at Customer level should not be redirected to WordPress administration and password change should stay/be done on frontend.

After deactivating your Maintenance plugin everything works fine.

This problem was solved by other WP administrators, see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-lost-password-lead-to-wp-login/ , the same problem was solved by another customer https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/lost-password-page-in-woocommerce-doesnt-show/

Could you please modify your plugin so that this behavior does not occur? We use this plugin on many sites and we are happy with it, we would not like to change it for another one. Thank you very much.

    Hi,

The Maintenance plugin is intended to display a maintenance page to all users when you are performing maintenance on your website and blocks access to all pages except wp-login.php so that certain users working on the website can still login.

Because of this no other plugins are loaded when the maintenance page is displayed, that includes WooCommerce. So when Maintenance mode is enabled and a user opens a page such as /my-account/ that URL no longer loads the WooCommerce my account page, but just displays the Maintenance page.

In the PRO version you can whitelist other pages so that they are loaded normally even for non-logged in users.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply,
Actually I meant the behaviour of the Maintenance plugin when it is still active but in OFF mode.

In this setting, the behavior I describe above occurs and users at the Customer level who try to generate a new password are incorrectly redirected.

Would it be possible to resolve/ reset this behavior?

    Thanks again!
