• Up until yesterday, my Woocommerce Sendle Integration plugin worked successfully.

Since yesterday, I have two parcels in my dashboard that Sendle is refusing to quote on due to this reported error: “Sorry, looks like we can’t deliver this parcel on the route you’ve entered.”

This is incorrect, as they’re in Canberra and Melbourne (inner city) and not remote locations.

If I enter these deliveries manually, they go through without error.

Can I ask for some help on this, please? Did you guys make some changes?

There has been no update to the plug-in yesterday or some weeks now. Can you share exact pickup and destination suburb/post code, also we suggest use the validate Sendle page in the plug-in to check these locations rather than Sendle website.

    Thanks
