Hi there, we have basically two kinds of products:
    1. “e-products” which have the “No Shipping” box checked. and
    2. Actual products, which we ship
Shipping is calculated by total costs.

    – If a customer only purchases e-products, there is no shipping
    – but if a customer purchases both e-products and actual books, then the shipping is calculated based on the total purchase, NOT just on the book purchase.
    – We set the rates in PayPal for total based shipping.

    How do we fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The plugin will always look at individual product shipping costs as products are being put in the feed as individual products too. One needs to add shipping costs to the feed for the situation a customer will only buy that product. So calculating shipping costs on a combination of products is not possible (nor desirable I think) with our plugin.

Assuming the issue has been sorted and/or our help is no longer needed I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support.

Well, the thing is, it used to work.
but perhaps with the latest update it doesn’t.
Basically, some products ship for free; others don’t.
For the ones that have a shipping cost, shipping is calculated based on their total only, not the total cost of the order.
All of a sudden, this isn’t working.
