    Hello,

    The status looks great online, but when the order confirmation email is sent to the customer, it states: “Backordered: x” when I have changed out of stock items to say “1-3 Days to Ship”

    How can I change my email templates to match?

  • I am experiencing the same issue as well on the PDF invoices, its confusing the customers.
    Is there a short code fix.

    could you try it in latest version, Already we tried to fix the issue of “difference stock status in product page, email and my account order details”.

    If you still facing the issue, then please send us screenshot of the issue.
