I have a 30 person maximum. The event shows 28 going and 1 ticket left. Obviously this is not correct. Just noticed it in the last couple of days. What’s going on?

    Hi @janet4now

Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

Could you provide the ticket overview numbers from the attendees page, please? I want to check it further on my end.

Sure. It shows 30 (which is correct) in one place but looks like 29 elsewhere. See the snapshots of overview and as it appears on the page here: https://www.armstronggraphicdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/sample-attendees-view.jpg

    Hi @janet4now

I attempted to reproduce the issue on my side, but everything is functioning correctly from my perspective. Can you please provide me with the number of items that are displayed directly above your list of attendees? (see example)

There are 30 showing in number of items as your sample. But it still shows only 29 as the number of tickets issued in the backend and 29 going. As I showed you in the examples I did screenshots of.

    Hi @janet4now

I attempted to recreate the problem on my end, but everything appears to be functioning correctly. It seems that there might have been one RSVP that wasn’t created properly and took up one slot. It’s currently challenging to pinpoint the exact issue, but if it occurs again, please don’t hesitate to inform us.

In the meantime, to address this, you can adjust your event by adding one more RSVP slot. Simply go to the RSVP section, edit the RSVP quantity, and save the changes.

Let me know if you have further concerns.
