Hello, I am having a couple of issues getting the plugin to function correctly. I have my store hours setup for Monday-Friday, and left saturday/sunday blank. When Friday comes after closing, %countdown% is at all 0’s. like so – https://i.gyazo.com/35d2f351e76db9db1da1e19af1d7822a.png .

I also tried setting saturday and sunday hours to 12:00am – 12:00am but still didn’t fix timer)
(is there any why to style the message text via settings without additional CSS? The countdown timer is bold and bigger than the message text on the notice bar)

Second problem is when the store is closed, when a user clicks add to cart there used to be a popup message and block the user from adding anything to cart, but that no longer happens. The user is able to add items to cart after store is closed.

a couple of updates ago (when the settings were still inside WooCommerce settings) I didn’t have these problems.

Hi, Thank you for contacting Pluginbazar and bringing your concern to our attention. We’re sorry for the inconvenience due by this issue.

    1. Please update both plugins in the latest versions 4.3.6 and 1.3.2. after setup the schedule, go to Settings > Options > General Settings select Make a Schedule Active and Week Starts On, and save. make sure you set the right time zone for your store from WordPress Settings.

unfortunately, we don’t have a notice bar message customization setting. but we have this setting idea in our development queue. we hope we are able to implement a such setting in the next update.

    2. Blocking the user from adding anything in the cart by popup message is our premium feature. make sure you have turned off Allow add to cart , Force rules , and Preorder settings.

We hope those steps will resolve your issue. let us know your feedback. waiting to hear back from you.

    Regards,
    Pluginbazar Supports
