Files and Database: Tue, August 30, 2022 20:44
    Time now: Tue, August 30, 2022 10:17

A web search indicates that Time Now comes from the server, which is correct, and the backup timestamp comes from the WordPress settings. However, the time zone is correct in WordPress (Toronto) but incorrect in UpdraftPlus (many hours into the future).

Is there anywhere else I should look?

    Hi Steve,

I’m not sure how to interpret your message. When you say “Incorrect timestamp on backup” what in particular are you seeing? The two times you’ve pasted above appear to be the time as shown in WordPress for scheduled backups. But what is it that you’re seeing that is being described as “on backup”? Are you talking about the filenames, or something else? The filenames are done in UTC so that they are portable between different sites which might be running in different timezones, i.e. they’re normalised – the timestamps in the filenames aren’t intended to be in WordPress time.

Hi David, you can interpret it as me being a little hasty in posting. I had assumed that was I was seeing was the time of the most recently taken backup. Of course, right above that, in reasonably large font, was the heading “Next scheduled backups”. Duh!
