    Hi
It seems in some cases the title tag of the IMG tag does not display correctly.

I’ve enabled the title tag is it doen’t exist.

The thing is that the title tag of the image is populated with the name of the page as I can understand it.

For example on this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/zfhy037.png, my page is https://www.web-studio-creation.fr/clients and the title tag displays ‘Clients’ on hover on each featured image of each post (it’s the Divi module post) which is wrong.

In Media Library each image has its own Title and Alt tag.

Could you check this please ?

    Thanks

    Patrick

    Hello @antoine69

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you please share the screencast of how you are adding the content?

You said that you are using Divi’s Post module. I don’t see any such module in the Divi Builder. I tried adding a Blog & Post slider module of Divi and it worked fine.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Sorry,
I use the DIVI Blog Module.

I asked at ET support and they told me that the DIVI Blog Module doesn’t include the Title tag in the features.
That beeing said, the Title and Alt tags are filled in Media > Library for each image.

So can you do something in your plugin ?

    Hello @antoine69

Thank you for sharing the details. We can see that the error is showing up when using the Blog module of Divi.

The Blog module is part of the content and thus the_content filter is running on this page.

For now, please disable the Add missing Title option.

We have created an issue internally and if there will be any fix available in the future, we will let you know.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,
Yes, I’ve already disabled this option.
    Thanks

If I can add something, I’ve noticed that the DIVI Blurb Module also doesn’t containt the Title field but ONLY th Alt tag.
I don’t know if they plan to add this fiels in the DIVI core, but at RankMath, if you look at this little problem, I think it’s the same kind of problem as the one discribed above.
So if you plan one day to allow the Title to be be added automatically, it MUST NOT be the title page but the same content as the Alt tag already filled.

    Hello @antoine69

Thank you for your further input.

Sure. We will see what could be done here and will be in contact with the Divi’s team as well on this.

In the meantime, if there’s anything else, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Take care!
