Incorrect URL in CPT breadcrumb

I have a page about-us that is displaying a list of custom post type team member. When I click on the individual team member, it takes me to its page, and the breadcrumb shows correctly Home | About Us | John Doe (I set up the correct title in the Yoast setting on the About us page). However, when I click on the About Us link in the breadcrumb, it takes me to /team page, instead of /about-us page.

I tried to change the Canonical URL in the Yoast Advanced settings of the page to /about-us, but that didn’t do anything.

How/where can I change it so that the breadcrumb link points to about-us instead of team (which is the slug of the cpt)?
