Incorrect WooCommerce Tax Rate

    We have had a couple of CA residents who have been overcharged for sales tax. I have verified that is was over by entering their address into BOE.CA.GOV to get the correct tax rate. Here is one example:

    8063 Blackney Rd
    Sebastopol, California 95472
    Woocommerce charged sales tax at 9% (order price was $83.99, tax was $7.56)
    BOE.CA.GOV sales tax is 8.25%

    Shipping rates are set as non-taxed.

    I know that some of CA tax rates change 4/1/15, but those should not be effective until then.

    Is there anyway to change/edit tax rates?
