Incorrectly added as a plugin contributor

It looks like my username (barnez | pidengmor) has been incorrectly added as a contributor to the CCTV Lens Calculator plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/lens-calculator/#developers
I have no association with this plugin. How should I remove my username as a credit?
