A couple of times now I have logged into our WordPress site, gone straight to the User Activity Tracking and Log page and noticed a report that I have just updated one of the posts. I haven’t touched any posts at that point – It wasn’t the same post in both cases and in neither case was it the newest post. Any ideas what might be happening?

    Hi @daiyanyingyu,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

Unfortunately, we can’t replicate the issue in our end, the problem could be related to one of your functions in your theme or plugin.
If it’s possible, please activate a default WordPress theme on your end and check if the issue persists. You can try deactivating the plugins as well, in order the get the source of the issue. Somewhere in your code, there is an extra filter to save_post. We would recommend speaking to your developers and ask them to start an investigation for you.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply. There’s a limited amount I can do, as I am not the main admin of the site, and the main admin is usually too busy to look into this sort of thing.

Just wondering, has it been tested with Elementor? That’s used on the site. (Personally I think it’s awful and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, but that’s just my opinion).

I have spotted an error just now, which I will raise as a different issue, but maybe it is related.

    Cheers.
