We have been using Ultimate Member for quite awhile on one of our sites and it has filters for custom fields to filter members that have a specific practice area. Recently we have been getting emails from our users that the filtering is showing incorrect results. We tested filtering by a few of the practice areas and noticed that certain practice areas are showing way more results than it should. We have tried disabling all non-necessary plugins and switching the theme to one of the default WordPress ones and the issue remains the same. We also checked the PHP error log and didn’t find any issues there.

Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? The latest version is 2.2.5. Also, have you made any customization with UM hooks?

Hey @champsupertramp,

I just updated to the latest version of UM, updated the database, and cleared the cache as well.

Hi @champsupertramp,

The last two functions are needed for us to have the dropdown in the first place. If I disable those, the dropdown doesn’t appear at all on the frontend.

Have you tried adding the dropdown filter via Member Directory settings?
Does it work when you use that filter?
