Hello everyone, I just updated a woocommerce plugin but i missed this functionality: Admin Dashboard > WooCoomerce > Orders > Individual Order > Order details

Can’t select a single product and re-stock (increase or decrease stock buttons) look attachment. I cant even click in a row product

Am I missing some configuration related with inventory? Any help will be appreciate it.

  • Hi @iecoding

The details that can be edited vary depending on the order status.

Order items can not be edited, unless the order status is “Pending payment”, or “On hold.” It makes sense, as the customer hasn’t made a payment and the product hasn’t been shipped yet.

For more detail, check our guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#order-items-and-totals

    Thanks!

    Thankyou for your time @amiralifarooq

ok, this funcionality was included on WooCommerce 3.1.2 and now (WooCommerce 7.x) is deprecated right?

In my particular case I think that was very helpful. So I might try te recreate it with a custom plugin. Let me know if there is some documentation available.

    Hello @iecoding,

I just checked the update logs for version 3.1.2 and can’t see anything related to editing orders.

The order editing function is not deprecated, you can still edit orders if they haven’t been paid for yet as mentioned above.
