Increase in the volume of SPAM and API calls

    I’ve noticed an increase in the number of API calls since the month of May. Previously, the average was 30 requests per day, but the average has since grown to 1000 requests per day.
    Can someone help me how to analyze why this is occurring. I host the website on a VPS with LiteSpeed at Digital Ocean and use Cloudflare.
    Any documentation or instruction will be a great help.
