Increase media file upload limit

Hi,

I want to increase media file upload limit from 32 mb to 512 mb.
I have tried with different code in php.ini file, wp-config.php file and theme’s functions.php file.

I have tried with maximum upload limit and maximum execution time but not able to upload more than 32 mb file.

My hosted domain is Godaddy, I have contacted them but they said that it is the issue of your site.

Any one can help me?
