Increase Min Limit more than 9 is not working

Hi I’m facing a new problem when using this plugin. When I setup variable products and then increase the minimum purchase limit more than 9 then after adding that product into the cart there will adding 20% automatically from the total cost.

I’m confused why this happens. I Face this type of issue for the first time. Can you please help me with this issue?
