Increase page margins left, right or which template to use?

    Hello,

    after installing the plugin the left and right margins of the pages are too small. I would like to have more margins left and right. I use the “Standard Template” but even if I change it for a page, this does not change anything.

    Please advice how to increase the margins, for example, same size I had before installing the plugin. I don’t use sidebar. Thank you.

    Hi @alinda,

    In Appearance > Customize > BoldThemes Settings are located settings Remove space around pages and header which can increase margins. Also, in page editor please edit sections layout according to your needs:

    Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

    Hi,
    thank you for the answer but this stil not help.

    I already tried the mentioned settings. In my case they decrease page margins. I get this, for a simple page, with text only:
    – Remove space around pages: value “Yes”: removes the margins, so there is no space left on right and left side of the page. It does the contrary for I am looking for. So I still have it with value “No”, but margins are too small . I need more space left and links. I need to increase margins.
    – Remove header, value “yes” helps to decrease margin on top, which is ok, and I activated this already. But I was talking about margins left and right…this feature does not affect them.
    – I am working with the plugin Customize Twenty Sixteen. By changing the “Templates” there is no difference…I don’t have the Layout settings. Do I need to install Bold Builder Plugin?

    Hi @alinda,

    We are sorry to hear that you haven’t managed to fix the issue.
    Please try using the “No Sidebar Boxed” template which should increase left and right margins.

    If the problem continue and there are no differences after changing template layout, than please send us access to your wp login on our email ([email protected]) so that we could inspect it.
