Increase search radius

    Hi there dev team!

    I have a client that is using this plugin and we want to know if there is a way to set the search radius to a value in between 250 and 500 miles. We are trying to showcase all stores available in a certain state, but the state is rather large. However, we are trying to avoid using the 500 mile radius, as this will affect all other states and will be too large. Is there a way we could set it to 300 or 350 miles?

    Hi! Thanks for reaching out.

    You can definitely set the search radius to whichever values you see fit.

    In the Wp Store Locator settings page, please have a look at the setting “Search radius options”. As mentioned in our documentation, you will see a text box that contains the values that are used in the search radius dropdown. Each value should be separated with a “,”. The default value is set between [ ].

    So if you put in this box, let’s say:

    100,[300],500

    Then the available values in the dropdown when your users are browsing the store locator will be 100, 300 and 500, and by default “300” will be the selected value.
