Can you clarify which image you want to be full width? The top featured image or the images in the tiled gallery?

With the tiled gallery, that layout is determined by the content_width that is set within your theme files. If there isn’t a specific content_width defined, it will default to 500px wide.

I also noticed that you’re using very large images in your gallery. For example, this image is 3888×2592px and 1.5MB in size.

With tiled galleries (which uses Photon), if the page takes longer than 10 seconds to load, then Photon won’t be able to properly serve up those images in the gallery. Photon dynamically resizes the photos to display in the cool mosaic, but the actual size of the original file does not change. With multiple images over 1MB, you will see issues. I would recommend uploading smaller file sizes of the images you want to include in your galleries to get better results.
