Increasing default RSS feed display

When I display my rss feeds

wp-rss2.php
wp-commentsrss2.php

in the browser window, it is limited to the last 10 posts or comments.

Is there a way to increase this to unlimited and/or add pagination?

I would like to disply ALL comments chronologicallly, irrespective of which post it is attached to.

I’m guessing there is a LIMIT setting somewhere called by the code from another config setting.
