Incredible Simplicity & Great Support

I am new to wordpress but have experience in running Drupal for large sites. I inspected several plugins including super cache and w3 total cache before zeroing on wp fastest cache. Though each plugin is good with own pros and cons the wp fastest cache differs in the following ways.
1. The settings page is quite intuitive.
2. The underlying cache structure on server is simple and straightforward. You don’t see filenames with alphanumeric characters but simple folders and file names that directly reflect the url of the page being requested.
3. Finally, the support is great and timely. I posted a query in the support forum on a Sunday. I honestly didn’t expect a reply until 2 to 3 working days. But to my surprise I got an answer from the author in under 5 hours (on July FIFA weekend!)
