Incredibly flexible and very well supported

I recently switched from another directory builder plug-in to Profile Builder Pro to build a membership directory for an association. The flexibility to define custom fields and customize user listing pages so that they look the way I want them to has been just incredible.

I am also very impressed with the responsiveness of Cozmoslabs support team. They not only were very quick to address a few questions I had, but they went above and beyond in providing more than just superficial responses. They provided deeper answers that led me to better solutions.
