incremental / decremental number

You can create a number field, and in the API utilize:

$pod = pods( 'your_pod_name', $id );
$pod->add_to( 'your_number_field', 1 ); // Add a number to the value
$pod->remove_from( 'your_number_field', 1 ); // Subtract a number to the value

You would probably want to run this in a post_save action.
