    Hello,

    The configuration that I set up on the marketplace provides reverse withdrawal, the Vendors directly receive the Split payments via Stripe (WCFM Ultimate + Group & Staff).
    I need the Vendor (not the main admin of the website) to manage the refund requests of its customers completely independently.

    – Reverse withdrawal for “Stripe Split Payment” is a wrong setup.

    Do not enable reverse withdrawal for this.

    Vendors are allowed to request for refunds, keep enable “Auto Approve” option, hence those will be automatically processed.

    …uh is it wrong now? So why in other emails did you yourself recommend the reverse withdrawal with the Split mode?
    Maybe I didn’t express myself well.
    Summary the scenario:
    I am in Europe, I administer the marketplace and cannot take responsibility for the sale of any product that a seller may want to sell through the markeplace.
    Following questions and requests on this blog and tests I carried out on Stripe, I verified the correct setting of the reverse withdrawal with Split and it works correctly for the division of payments and satisfies the logic of compliance with European laws and regulations.

    Having said that, I now need that if the end customer requests a refund for an order, the Vendor can manage independently, then approve or reject the refund, without me (the marketplace administrator) having to intervene to approve or refuse the refund requested by an end customer.
    I hope I was clear, if it is not so, tell me …

    Second question: if I enable Refund auto-approve, what do I self-approve? Refund requests from vendors to the admin? Please can you confirm that?
