Index Anchor Links not working

What anchor links? can you explain better? we use them in different features ??
The page report that is password protected actually.

We are using the Glossary Alphabetical Index (PRO) shortcode. The index of alphabet letters are not linking. Also, we are not able to display any of the terms without specifying the category in the shortcode.

Did you put anchor=false as parameter?

This is what I used:

[glossary-list taxonomy=anesthesia]

I did not put anchor=false

In our test system the problem is not happening.
Can you write to [email protected] and if possible the data to access to the website? A temporary account as admin will be perfect!

I am closing this as for a month without answers.
